Introduction
Sport has been an integral part of Staci’s life from the moment he could walk. Encouraged by his guardians to strive both physically and mentally, he discovered an early passion for football. At just six years old, he earned a trial with Chelsea FC’s junior academy, where he trained until the age of eleven. When his journey in football came to a close, he transitioned to rugby—a move that introduced him to the gym and ignited his passion for strength, resilience, and self-development.
Known for his vibrant energy and uplifting presence, Staci brings positivity and motivation to every session. He works one-on-one with clients to help them achieve goals they once believed were out of reach. Specialising in body transformation and strength & conditioning, Staci combines weight training, HIIT, and evidence-based techniques to empower you to become the strongest, most confident version of yourself—physically and mentally.
