Introduction

Luke brings over 12 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, with a coaching philosophy built around understanding how the body moves, adapts, and performs. His background spans strength training, corrective exercise, mobility, rehabilitation, and physique development, giving him the expertise to create highly effective solutions for a wide range of goals.

Rather than relying on rigid systems or generic programmes, Luke works from first principles. By assessing movement patterns, identifying limitations, and understanding each client’s individual needs, he develops clear, results-driven strategies that accelerate progress while supporting long-term health and performance.
