Introduction
Dimitra is a Sports Scientist, Athletic Performance Coach, and Boxing & Kickboxing Specialist with over a decade of experience helping clients improve strength, movement quality, performance, and overall wellbeing.
Raised in a family-run gym, coaching and movement have been at the heart of her life from an early age. She holds a BSc in Physical Education & Sports Science and has further specialised in Clinical Pilates, Biomechanics, Rehabilitation, Athletic Performance, and Healthy Ageing through advanced European certifications.
With a background as a competitive Taekwondo athlete and National Coach, alongside extensive experience in boxing and kickboxing coaching, Dimitra brings a unique blend of combat sports expertise, scientific knowledge, and practical coaching experience. Her approach develops not only strength and fitness, but also coordination, mobility, resilience, confidence, and long-term physical health.
Dimitra’s coaching philosophy centres on understanding how each individual moves rather than applying generic training methods. Whether working with athletes looking to optimise performance, individuals seeking improvements in strength and body composition, clients recovering from injury, or those looking to improve posture, mobility, and quality of life, she designs highly personalised programmes that deliver sustainable, long-term results.
Her diverse expertise spans athletic performance, strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, functional movement, pre and postnatal exercise, and longevity-focused training. This enables her to support a broad range of clients, from competitive athletes and combat sports enthusiasts to busy professionals looking to move, feel, and perform better.
Having also co-founded and managed a successful wellness center in Greece, she combines exceptional coaching expertise with a deep understanding of client care and holistic wellbeing.
