Introduction

Natalia is a Polestar-certified Pilates instructor with a background in mental health, bringing a unique mind-body approach to her sessions. She sees Pilates as the key to overall wellness—helping to build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate mindfulness for a healthier, more balanced life.

Certified across all Pilates equipment but specialising in reformer-based training, Natalia creates sessions that are both challenging and restorative, tailored to individual needs. Her deep understanding of the connection between physical and mental wellbeing allows her to guide clients toward greater body awareness, resilience, and confidence.
